Payment:

All orders are processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. With a PayPal account you can also pay with your bank information or your PayPal balance. It is a safe and easy way to pay.

Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If you need a couple days, and would like something held, please contact me and we'll see if we can work something out.

I send a personalized thank you and invoice with each order. If the item is being sent elsewhere please let me know in the comments section when you check out.

Applicable sales tax is included for items shipped to California. For items shipped to all other states, you may be responsible for paying any use tax to your state.

Do you live on the Mendocino coast? You can pick up your order downtown! Just send me a note on the contact page, then indicate that you wish to pick it up on the comment section at check-out and I will gladly refund any shipping costs.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Every order will be shipped within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. If you need your order by a certain date, just let me know, and I will do my best to get it to you quickly. Please be aware, too, that Mendocino is "off the beaten path" and one can expect that things shipped from our little village will often take one to two days longer than you would expect!

Current prices are set for shipping to the United States only. If you are an international shopper, email me for pricing. I would be more than happy to ship to you, if possible!

Returns/Exchanges:

Please email me immediately if there is a problem with your order. Returns will be accepted for items in their unworn, like-new state within 10 days after being receipt. I will issue a full refund, via PayPal. If you do choose to return your item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will not be accepted on sale items or custom orders.

Custom Orders/Wholesale Orders:

If you would like a custom color or size, please contact me via the "contact" page, above. I Included in your message should be a detailed description and your email address. If it is something I can do, I'll let you know as soon as possible! Once your order is finalized, please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be created and shipped. This will allow enough time for supplies to be ordered or purchased, if needed. During that time, there will be several emails sent to make sure we are on the same page.
